JEE Main Cut Offs

There are many academic examinations conducted for students today. Among them, the students who are studying under a school affiliated with CBSE may decide to go for further studies in NIT and IIT. These students must pass an entrance examination called the JEE Main exam. This JEE main cut off exams are mainly conducted for students who wish to get admission in IIT and NIT. This exam is conducted every year without fail. The students who wish to apply for the examination can make use of the exam notification when it is released on the official website.

The examination is conducted to admit students into engineering courses in the top IIT and NIT Colleges. The exam notification is not yet released. It is an important thing to consider since people who score above the cut off marks can only apply for the colleges.  The cut off marks will be expected for maximum for 300 marks. The cut off marks will be calculated by considering some factors. They are as follows.

  • Total number of appeared candidates.
  • Difficulty level of exam.
  • Previous year cut off.

While calculating the cut off marks, the exam committee will consider the above factors.

Once after the main results for JEE exam is released, the students can check the website for cut off marks. The cut off marks will also be published on the official website itself. The candidates can check the website to know about further procedure. The students can logon to the official website to know about the cut off marks. They can easily download the cut off marks once it is released on the official website. According to the caste, the cut off may be differ. The students who have the eligible cut off marks can easily get seated in the colleges such as IIT, ISM, NIT, IIIT and other Government colleges.
